Re-organized organizational structure which resulted in 60% reduction in payroll
and decreased operational expenses by 40% which resulted in doubling operating
cash flow over a 12 month period.

Reorganized guest-room (group & transient) rate structure, doubling ADR and
increasing room revenue while maintaining pre-September 11 occupancy levels.
