I felt as though you were very upfront and honest to EVERYONE. You saw the potential in everyone (including ME). You were (and still are) the best teacher I have ever had...I never felt as though I was asking a stupid or dumb question when asking you. You made sure the hotel was ran by a team, and not just you. You are very professional when speaking to guests even when you want to rip them a knew one. When you thought someone was in the wrong you did not belittle them in front of everyone, you did what Victoria does and pulled them aside. And well I could go on for hours but you asked for 3-5 sentences..So needless to say You were the BEST boss I have had and wish you still were.
